WHERE LOCALS GO

Bruce Allan, Vancouver resident and manager of Michael Bublé, Bryan Adams, and Anne Murray, said on his am radio show that immigrants should work harder to fit in when they come to live in Canada, and surprisingly, according to reports in our newspapers, many locals agree with him.

Fortunately, most of us don't feel that way about tourists, but it's no secret some locals aren't enthused about the 2010 Games overrunning their ski hills, clubs, restaurants & streets.

So . . . if you want to go where the locals go,
you might want to make a bit of an effort to fit in.

Basically, try not to look like a tourist.

Follow this simple rule and you'll have a blast!

This is after all the WILD WEST and some citizens still live in the 1800's. Many would just as soon feed you to the bears than share their Utopia. They'll put up with you on the slopes, but they probably won't react well when you hit on their ladies and bump them off the dance floor at their favorite bar. lol

There's one more catch respective of going where the locals go.
